DN Colleges Group is seeking a dynamic and committed Lead Practitioner to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education across our curriculum areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistently inspirational teaching, learning and assessment with high student success rates.
  • Support and mentor teaching staff through coaching, CPD, and peer observation.
  • Lead the development of innovative teaching practices and resources.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Promote professional standards and share best practice across the college.

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification in a relevant subject.
  • Teaching qualification at Level 5 (PGCE, DET, DTLLS or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of excellence in teaching and learning, evidenced by student outcomes and feedback.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, or willingness to achieve within a set timeframe.
  • Experience of successful teaching, training or coaching in an educational setting.
